Question

I have heard about availability of new blood glucose monitors which do not require use of a lancet ( i.e., no skin prick by any needle) for measurement of blood glucose. Kindly let me know details of such a monitor.

Answer

Please see Forthcoming Noninvasive or Minimally-Invasive Meters at On-line Diabetes Resources Part 14: Blood Glucose Meters. The Cygnus GlucoWatch Biographer is the closest so far, although I have argued that it is not truly invasive, because of the skin irritation that it causes.
