Saudi Arabia, where diabetes affects nearly a quarter of the population, is one of 10 countries having the highest number of diabetics in the world, according to a report issued by an international diabetes conference.
A recent study conducted of 7,000 Saudi men and women has shown that the rate of diabetes and heart disease is very high in the Kingdom.
