The Employers Health Coalition of Ohio Inc. launched an incentive program at the start of the year to reward doctors who prove they meet national standards in caring for diabetic patients.
Ten area doctors have earned an annual incentive payment of at least $3,500 each for completing a test to prove they follow recommended guidelines from the American Diabetes Association.
The coalition plans to take out newspaper advertisements starting next month to recognize the doctors, said Christopher Goff, the coalition's president and chief executive.

"Happy Christmas
to all, and to all
a good-night."
