Question

Can diabetes cause vaginal odor because of the pH balance or any other determining factor?

Answer

People with high blood sugars are prone to vaginal infections and this can cause vaginal odor. The high sugar in vaginal secretions favors bacterial or yeast growth and this can change the pH.
